Terms and Conditions of Life Learning

Welcome to Life Learning. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, training sessions, blogs, podcasts, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, please refrain from using our Services.

Non-Transferable Access: All purchases of Life Learning programs, courses, workshops, events, trainings, or membership plans are intended solely for your personal use and cannot be shared with others.
Prohibition on Sharing Credentials: Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited. We monitor IP addresses, login history, and location to enforce this policy.
No Unauthorized Teaching or Distribution: You agree not to use our materials to train others, conduct workshops, or generate monetary gain. This includes not facilitating the use of our materials in private sessions, posting any content online, or distributing it through any media.
Legal Action: Violations of this policy are considered unlawful, and we reserve the right to take legal action in cases of misconduct.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Payment Plans and Billing Policy

Automated Billing: Our billing system is automated, and payment plans will be billed automatically according to your selected payment method.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the system will retry up to three times. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in cancellation of your access to the Services.
Resolution of Billing Issues: You agree to promptly resolve any billing issues within 48 hours if contacted by us.

Refund Policy

All Sales Final: All purchases are final sale, and refunds are not provided regardless of whether you have accessed the content.
Access Issues: Temporary access issues due to technical problems do not warrant a refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

“As Is” Basis: The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Perpetual Obligations: The obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
Termination Rights: We may terminate these Terms at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
